Ingvild trained as an actor at the renowned theater school ALRA in London. She has worked as a freelance actor, director and stage combat choreographer since 2000. In 2011 Ingvild started the theater company Memento where she has both written and directed a number of performances. In 2017, Ingvild was awarded the Norwegian State Artist Grant. Ingvild is also educated in Culture and Management from the University of Southeastern Norway and BI. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from UiO, and a master's degree in North American Area Studies from UiO. Ingvild has an office on the 3rd floor at Sentralen in Oslo.
Theis holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Agder and a Bachelor of Drama and Theater Communication from Oslo MET. Since 2008, Theis has created a number of theater performances for young audiences with the music and puppet theater company Finken & B. The job as project manager in Assitej Norway is combined with assignments as director, producer and puppeteer for own productions and other actors. Theis has an office in Kristiansand, at Grim Kulturbryggeri.
Audun has a bachelor's degree in theatre with a specialization in production management and acting from the University of York and has in recent years worked as a stage manager, production manager and tour manager in Oslo and the surrounding area. He has worked at Chat Noir Teater, Folketeatret, Dramatikkens Hus, Dansens Hus and Brageteatret, as well as freelancing for plays and other productions. Kristina has five years of directing education from the National Academy of Theater (Oslo National Academy of the Arts) and five years of university education from NTNU, including literature studies. She works as a director, dramaturge and is chair of the board of Assitej Norway. Since 2014, she has been employed at Dramatikkens hus as a dramaturge and director. Shared leadership with Line Rosvoll for the Norwegian Drama Festival 2000-2004.
Nils Petter Mørland is a former theater manager at Brageteatret, and is also known for helping to establish Det Andre Teatret in Oslo. He has a degree in drama from Oslo University College and one year of theology from the University of Oslo. A quiet and religious upbringing in Lillesand led to a messy career as an actor, screenwriter, musician and director. In the early 2000s he was part of the improv group Samvirkelaget, and since then he has been part of Teater Liksom, Isenkramteatret and Teater NIE.
Dominika Minkacz-Sira runs the performing arts company Open Window Theatre based in Bergen. Dominika works primarily in the independent field and for a young audience, her expertise, both nationally and internationally, will be a good contribution to reflect Assitej Norway's membership and work. Drama teacher and director Kjetil Kro Sørborg is based in Kristiansand and works at the drama program at Vågsbygd upper secondary school. Sørborg has also directed several productions in Kristiansand, most recently Pinter's Kjøkkenheisen produced by the theater company Kanon Produksjon. Assitej Norway has worked closely with Kjetil on, among other things, Young Delegation, which we organized at the Assitej Festival in 2021, where many of Kjetil's students participated.
Belinda Braza is currently employed as a choreographer at The Norwegian Theatre.
There she is also artistic director of Beehive Evening, artistic director of Beehive Children, and subject coordinator for the Movement subject at Det Multinorske.
She has previously choreographed several productions at The Norwegian Theatre. In selection: Utafor, Snøkvit, Kvitebjørn Kong Valemon, Kasimir & Karoline, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Secret Garden, Fiddler on the Roof and Sweeney Todd.

Through "B-Braza productions" she has produced four full-length shows in the genre of urban crossover: "Fear Infection" (2010), " I am us" (2012), "Legacy " (2013) and "Survival" (2017).
Roula works at Boxåpner Saupstad - a theater school for children and young people in Trøndelag. She is from Greece and is a trained drama and music artist and educator. She has completed a master's degree in "Choreomundus - International master in Dance Knowledge, Practice, and Heritage" at the University of Clermont Auvergne, France; Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway; University of Szeged (SZTE), Hungary; University of Roehampton (URL), England. In addition, she holds a master's degree in "Music Culture and Communication: Anthropological and Communicative Approaches to Music" from the University of Musicology and the University of Media and Communication of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. From 2010 to the present, she has worked as a performer and music/drama educator specialized in educational and artistic projects for children and teenagers in Greece and Norway. She has written and directed two plays for children.
Mari is educated at Kingston University, London and Desmond Jones School of Mime and Physical Theatre, London. She has a master's degree in theater science from NTNU. Mari has run Krysinska Teaterproduksjon since 2005, and through the company she has worked as a producer, director and as an actor in Teaterkompaniet Pilot, among others. Mari has been a regional stage director for Nordland County, head of the cultural workshop Lokstallen in Stjørdal, Propellen Teater and Bizarra Produksjoner AS. Mari is now head of culture in the new cultural arena Lager11 in Trondheim, but continues to work as an actor. She works in 2020/2021 as a performer for Konstellasjonen Teaterkompani and Fabularium Produksjoner in various productions for children and young people.
